Testing and qualification
- Laminar velocity uniformity mapping under surgical field (0.45 m/s)
- Air change rate verification (> 25 ACH)
- Differential pressure gradient logging (+15 Pa to corridor)
- Particle count compliance testing for ISO Class 5 in surgical core
- NABH air quality verification package
The two operating theatres were commissioned and validated to NABH guidelines, providing ultra-clean airflow patterns directly over the sterile surgical zone.
