Overview

What we do, and who for

Airvon is an HVAC and cleanroom engineering business working out of Ahmedabad. The work divides into five disciplines: air-conditioning and ventilation design, turnkey cleanrooms, modular operation theatres, testing and qualification, and maintenance and retrofit of systems already running.

What connects them is that our clients are not buying equipment. They are buying a room that has to hold a specified condition and be able to prove it: an ISO class, a pressure cascade, a temperature and humidity band, a filtration grade. And then it has to keep holding it through an audit two years later.

That is why we do not sell design as a separate product from execution. The most common failure on a regulated facility is not a bad calculation or a bad installation. It is the gap between the two: a consultant draws it, a contractor builds something close, and nobody is accountable for the difference until qualification fails.

Approach

How we work

Three things that decide how a project of ours runs, and that are worth checking against anyone else you are considering.

  • 01

We are engineers who build, not a broker

The calculation, the drawing, the installation and the test record are produced by the same team. Nobody hands a design to a contractor and hopes, because there is no handover to go wrong.

  • 02

The standard is fixed before the equipment

Whichever document governs the room (ISO 14644-1, WHO-GMP, USFDA or NABH) is settled at design stage and carried through to qualification. Retrofitting a standard onto a finished room is the most expensive thing that happens on these projects.

  • 03

We work in buildings that cannot stop

Most of this work is a fit-out inside an operating pharmaceutical plant or a live hospital. Phasing, access and containment during the work are part of the scope rather than a site problem discovered later.

Accountability

What a single contract changes

Four commitments, all of which can be checked against a completed project rather than taken on trust.

  • Single-point accountability

Design, execution, commissioning and support are coordinated through one engineering team. There is no gap between the consultant who drew it and the contractor who built it, because they are the same people.

  • Documentation-driven delivery

The qualification requirement is fixed at design stage and carried through, so the paperwork an auditor asks for is produced by the project rather than assembled after it.

  • Tested before handover

Systems are balanced, measured and recorded before completion. Velocities, air changes, differential pressures and filter integrity are figures on a page, not assurances.

  • Lifecycle support

Rooms drift out of qualification quietly. AMC and retrofit scopes are built around filter management, rebalancing and re-qualification, so the facility keeps holding what it was signed off holding.

Credentials

What we build to, and what we do not claim

A distinction this audience checks, so it is stated rather than left to be inferred.

ISO 14644-1
Cleanroom classification by airborne particle count
WHO-GMP
Good manufacturing practice for pharmaceutical premises
USFDA
US requirements for drug manufacturing facilities
NABH
Indian hospital accreditation standards

Airvon designs, builds and tests to these documents. We do not hold accreditation under them and do not claim to: a WHO-GMP or NABH certificate is held by the facility, not by its contractor, and the qualification package is what gets it there. Any firm telling you otherwise is describing something that does not exist.
